The sellerppc.app website and the SellerPPC application are hosted on infrastructure operated within the European Union. Application data is stored by:

  • Supabase (managed PostgreSQL) — Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North, #07-04 Singapore 318992, with databases hosted in EU (Ireland, eu-west-1).
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA — used as DNS, CDN and edge network provider.
  • Self-hosted application backend on secured infrastructure located in the European Union.

4. Third-party processors

SellerPPC relies on the following sub-processors to deliver the Service:

  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland — payment processing and tax computation.
  • Resend (Resend Inc.) — transactional email delivery.
  • Amazon Web Services / Amazon Seller Partner API & Advertising API — advertising and sales data access, strictly on the user's behalf.

5. Intellectual property

The SellerPPC website, application, source code, branding, trademarks, logos and content are the exclusive property of A&N SHOP SAS, except where expressly attributed to a third party. Any reproduction, representation, modification or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and may constitute an act of infringement punishable by the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Data subjects may exercise their GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) by writing to [email protected].

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This site and the Service are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
