Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SellerPPC (“the Service”), available at sellerppc.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SellerPPC is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that automates Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising management. The Service provides:

  • Automated bid optimization based on performance data
  • Keyword harvesting (winner and bleeder detection)
  • Multi-marketplace analytics and reporting
  • Campaign performance dashboards
  • Safety caps and audit logging

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be an authorized Amazon seller with active advertising campaigns

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Amazon Account Authorization

By connecting your Amazon Seller account to SellerPPC, you authorize us to access your advertising and sales data through Amazon's official APIs (SP-API and Advertising API). This includes:

  • Reading campaign structures, keywords, and bids
  • Modifying bids based on your configured optimization rules
  • Adding negative keywords and new keyword targets
  • Accessing sales and order data for analytics

You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your Amazon account from the Service or revoking the app authorization in Amazon Seller Central.

5. Subscription & Pricing

5.1 Pricing

The Service is offered at €77/month per account. This includes unlimited marketplace support, all features, and email support.

5.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

5.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Refunds

As the Service provides immediate access to data and automated actions, refunds are generally not available. However, we may offer pro-rata refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevented use of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to violate Amazon's Terms of Service or Advertising Policies
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service (beyond normal API usage)

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific advertising performance results (ACoS reduction, ROAS improvement)
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all Amazon marketplace features

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, product listing quality, and Amazon's own algorithms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerPPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all your data. We do not claim any ownership rights over your Amazon advertising data, sales data, or any content you provide. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Automated bid adjustments will stop immediately
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
  • You may request an export of your data before deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
