Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
SellerPPC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every first paid subscription. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you can request a full refund of the most recent monthly charge within 30 calendar days from the date of your first successful payment.
This guarantee exists because we believe SellerPPC should prove its value within the first month. A refund request is not a failure on your end — it is the guarantee working as intended.
2. Eligibility
The 30-day guarantee applies when all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund is requested within 30 calendar days from the first charge on the subscription.
- The subscription has not previously been refunded (one refund per Amazon Seller Central account, see §4).
- The account has not violated our Terms of Service (e.g. breach of Amazon Advertising Policies, fraud, abuse).
Outside the 30-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund past invoices.
3. How to Request a Refund
The fastest way is self-service from your account: open Settings → Subscription, click “Request a refund”, optionally add a reason and confirm. Refunds issued this way are processed immediately via Stripe.
If you prefer, you can also email [email protected] from the address on your SellerPPC account and include the date of the charge you want refunded. Email requests are handled within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method; depending on your bank, the funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
4. One Refund per Amazon Seller Account
To prevent abuse, the 30-day guarantee is limited to one refund per Amazon Seller Central account, identified by its unique seller ID. If a refund has already been issued on a subscription linked to a given Seller Central account, future subscriptions tied to the same seller ID will not be eligible for the 30-day guarantee (but remain eligible for the Service at the standard price).
Attempts to circumvent this rule (e.g. creating multiple SellerPPC accounts for the same Amazon seller, using different email addresses) may result in subscription termination without refund.
5. Consequences of a Refund
When a refund is issued:
- The subscription is terminated immediately.
- Access to the dashboard and automated optimizations is revoked.
- If the subscription was a Founders subscription, the Founders price is forfeited permanently. Future re-subscriptions will be at the then-current standard price.
- Your data is retained for 30 days as per our Privacy Policy, then permanently deleted. You may request an export before deletion.
6. Exceptional Refunds Outside the 30-Day Window
Outside the 30-day guarantee window, refunds are granted only in exceptional cases at our sole discretion — typically for a technical incident on our side that prevented use of the Service for a significant period. To request an exceptional refund, email [email protected].
